Cancellation Policy

By registering for the Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Liability Waiver: By attending the clinic, you understand and accept that participation in soccer training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to physical injury, and you agree that neither the clinic organizers, coaches, nor any affiliated parties shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the clinic. Media Release: By attending the Clinic, you grant the clinic organizers the right to use photos, video footage, or other media captured during the clinic for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be featured in any media content, please inform the clinic organizers before the start of the clinic. Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your registration. After the 48-hour period, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By registering for the clinic, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. Medical Authorization: In case of an emergency, you authorize clinic staff to seek medical treatment on your behalf, should the need arise. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate medical coverage and that any medical conditions or restrictions are disclosed to clinic staff prior to participation. Behavioural Expectations: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude throughout the clinic. The clinic organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, engages in unsafe behaviour, or does not adhere to the rules of conduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Fitness and Health Declaration: By attending the clinic, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider prior to attending. The clinic organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who they believe may be at risk of injury. Clinic Changes and Cancellations: While we strive to ensure the clinic runs as scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, session structure, or content.
