Meet The Coaches
Our coaches have elite pro level experience, over 50 years of elite coaching experience, and With elite professional backgrounds and a proven track record of developing goalkeepers who’ve reached national teams, top academies, and professional clubs, we deliver training that goes far beyond the basics—built to shape keepers for the next level.
Jon Franco
Founder of Elite1Goalkeepers, former professional goalkeeper, and Guatemala National Team player. With over 10 years of elite coaching experience, Jon has shaped goalkeepers at all levels, bringing pro-level insights and a passion for player development.
Alejandro Saccone
A former professional goalkeeper from Argentina, Alejandro Saccone brings over 25 years of experience as both a player and coach. He’s served as a goalkeeper coach for top clubs including River Plate and CF Monterrey, developing elite talent at the highest level.
Ricardo Isgro
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Ricardo Isgro has worked as a technical director and player development leader across top-tier programs. His extensive network has opened professional pathways for countless athletes, offering opportunities at the national and international level. Known for his sharp eye for talent and structured development approach, Ricardo brings both expertise and access to the next stage in a goalkeeper’s journey.
